Personality: She is a bit stubborn / hot-tempered. Sometimes she over thinks things, doesn't think before she acts, and she can be very determined. Though she comes off as aggressive, she is very caring, protective, friendly, and loving to those she loves, who are close to her, and treat her kindly. 

Her Story: When Aria was born, her parents fled with her from Republic City as the Equalists began to take over. They moved back to the fire nation where Aria`s father, Jun (a firebender) lived and was raised. Aria`s mother, Haylin (an airbender) was born to two non-bending parents. Haylin received her air bending from a spirit that saved her life when she was near death after her mother gave birth to her.  Born in Republic City, but raised in the Fire Nation, when Aria was very young, the Equalists found Haylin to be an airbender and took her away from Aria and Jun. They also threatened they would be back to rid Jun and Aria of their bending. Jun did everything he could to protect and save Haylin, but Haylin just told Jun to protect and keep Aria safe. Since his wife was taken from him, Jun has not been the same. Ever since then, he has treated Aria with much disrespect and has always told her that it is her fault they took her mother away because if he had not been protecting Aria, he could have saved his wife. Tired and hurt of hearing her father blame her, Aria couldn't take it any more and so she ran away at 10. It has been seven years since Aria ran away from home. On her journey, she has taught herself what she can about her fire bending. She has also met a water bender about her age named Zeng. Zeng and Aria got to know each other very well as they traveled together. The two ended up falling in love. Though both could not tell the other how they felt right away, eventually Zeng told Aria how he felt about her. Aria then confessed to Zeng her feelings for him. Aria has also learned more about fire bending than ever, thanks to Zeng`s father, Lee. Lee has even taught her lightning bending. Aria has now found a family within Zeng`s family and is very honored. However, will she ever return to the fire nation and confront her own father? Will she ever find out what happened with her mother?
